Maybe I'll take a scroll through there later, but I'm still wondering why this Judge decided to reverse herself. And why, pray tell, in the Sexual Harassment case of the good ol' boy Senator Packwood, a literal laundry list of women was indeed ruled quite appropriate to show "a pattern of conduct." If you will recall, Packwood's diaries were subpoened, and a little black book of various womens' sordid confessions was meticulously maintained by Packwood's chief accusers back in Washington DC. Mind you, these confessions were actively and publicly solicited by Packwood's accusers! This was also ruled "very relevant" and admissible. But oops, I forgot that Packwood was a Republican! And Clinton is a Democrat. So, it's all very different now. I still recall the testimony of how Packwood did a woman right on his office floor, and this was consensual sex, yet deemed relevant. Where was your's and other's indignation about private sex lives then???
