From the Dallas Morning News today (Not in its entirety-I cut and pasted): Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk has demanded the resignation of a Dallas/Fort Worth International board member (Eddie Hill) who made an advance toward a secretary behind closed doors. In a Feb 13 letter to Mr. Kirk, Mr. Hill wrote of the encounter with the secretary, "While this certainly indicates poor judgment...it remains no more than two people who admired one another." Airport officials confirm that in mid-Jan. the woman complained to officials of "discomfort" after Mr. Hill, who is not married, invited her into a senior administrator's office and closed the door. After she rejected his request for a date, he later put his business card on her windshield. We all know that the the leaving of a business card on a woman's windshield is one of the most serious of sexual harassment accusations; she must have been terrified.
