Regarding the editorial in the San Francisco Chronicle, we are very liberally Democratic out here, as you know.
So I hear. What I'm wondering is, how can such a nation-leading and broad-minded metropolis sit by while there's throngs of beggars on the streets there. I have always enjoyed visiting San Fran, but the beggars there are really persisent and so plentiful. One would think that the city council there would have passed some law to give them more money or something, so they wouldn't have to beg so much.
I'm sure they're trying very hard, but evidently they're not trying hard enough. Have some compassion. I don't mean to sound so stern, but maybe you could put a bug in someone's ear and work on this issue... ;-)
Thanks for digging up that article for me. Mucho appreciated.
I find it very far-fetched that the Clintons would murder people, and don't want to create any more hysteria around here than there is already.
I wouldn't even want to think about that possibility.
But I do know that the investigation is ongoing. Mahoney was an activist lesbian, so if this was a murder it was because of something she had heard or seen, not because Slick boinked her.
So where is the connection to the Clintons? It seems pretty far-fetched that Clinton would order the rub-out of an activist lesbian. What could she have possibly seen? Wouldn't think she would get upset over Clinton's love life. I guess the cops will have mull over the reference by Monica in the tapes. Kind of an odd thing though, for all three to be murdered, with no robbery. Somebody wanted one or more of them dead, obviously.
