Christine, the deinstitutionalization of the mentally ill should be classed as a crime against humanity. Those that engineered it, and those that actively participated in this atrocity should be made to pay! These forgotten millions are left to rot on the streets of North American Cities, while indignant politicians and their citizenry cannot see past their upturned noses to recognize the plight of the mentally ill. surething
