Answers: No, not really; and yes, many many times. Rush's strength sure as hell ain't investigative reporting.

Janice, you heard that stuff about "Lawrence Walch who supeanoed Oliver North's wife, and lawyer....Walch's final report also contained 600 references toward secret grand jury statements. Yet the media outcry was mute. " From me, and guess where I heard it from? The person who posted that info to you was obviously listening to a show rerun from earlier in the week.

You are really being quick to judge Rush's investigatory reporting as weak; but then if your mind is closed to Rush, so be it. I've listened to him relatively regularly since the Clarence Thomas Senate hearings, and from all this listening I believe he has a very brilliant deductive mind; I am constantly impressed with his intellect.

But for the most part, liberals and Democrats dislike him intensely; I think that makes him even more popular. At one point some idiot in Congress, I believe it was, publicly labeled Rush "The most dangerous man in America" -GG-. Rush took that and ran the whole length of the field with it. Rush is an entertainer and political pundit; hardly what one could describe a menace to society.
