Last time I looked Monica is a target of a Grand Jury investigation. Starr's subpoena is trying to exactly look through her conversations with her attorney in reference to events or actions that may or may not incriminate her. The right to avoid self-incrimination seems to me at least to be in the constitution. Perhaps your copy has conveniently removed this right. Conversations with attorneys representing your interests have traditionally been considered privileged.

I am at a loss to see how this has anything to do specifically with the invocation of Executive Privilege that you have just argued against.

I suppose then that you think the end does justify the means.
