No, I don't see it that way. If Starr breaks the law then Janet Reno has every right and also the duty to fire him. Point is Starr has not broken the law (as far as I know) and hence Janet Reno has not fired him.

Every day our rights are further eroded or expanded by some decision in a court somewhere. The legal issues surrounding the Grand Jury investigation are no different. Starr may be playing legal hardball and pushing the cutting edge of some legal issues but then so is Clinton.

I find it interesting that you are afraid that Starr has begun "to abridge all of our rights". This is the same line the general media is currently advancing. Again, if it is true that Starr has broken the law then Janet Reno has the duty to fire his butt. Hasn't happened yet. Maybe it's because he hasn't abridged anyone's rights yet.
