Triluminary, at this level with respect to firing Ken Starr, I think it is hardly a legal issue, so much as it is political.

It is clearly a legal issue. If Starr has overstepped his bounds, if he has abused his powers, if he has broken the law then it is Reno's DUTY to remove Starr and I would back her 100%. Reno is bound by the law and sworn to uphold it. If she does not uphold the law then she should be replaced. That she has not been replaced or fired Starr is a crystal clear indication that Starr has NOT overstepped his bounds regardless of what the main stream press is pushing.

Of course firing Starr for just cause or no cause would have political ramifications. On that we agree. ;)
