Another thing about the LU product - I heard it relies on MSFT "NetMeeting". "NetMeeting" has been around for some time and if I recall it struggles trying to perform anything simultaneously, I'd love to see how (if) they can get a decent voice quality when the situation warrants running any data traffic at the same time. A few references: pcworld.com virtual-voice.com businessweek.com quicknet.net micom.com Had a bit of trouble finding those, the net is somewhat choppy again. Let's see, PING on SI = 10 packets transmitted, 5 packets received, 50% packet loss round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 274/296/330 10 packets transmitted, 7 packets received, 30% packet loss round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 274/453/1373 One more to be fair: 10 packets transmitted, 7 packets received, 30% packet loss round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 274/698/2747 I don't care where the delays & problems are occurring, bad time to make a "call".
