Hate to suggest this Bill, but could it be the reasons to upgrade are declining?
I don't think most of the current applications require a 300 MHz processor -
after all one can only blink their eyes so fast.

Another fact is that networked traffic is also a limiting factor,
not much reason to run nitro in a congested urban environment.
