Not all shorts are panic-prone; you may want to wait a bit to gloat.

Just as longs cannot exactly score the bottom, neither can shorts exactly hit the top. Patient shorts build positions as longs do and don't lose much sleep over very short term fluctuations around a top.

Short squeeze is the fun game du jour in the tech sector, as you can see on many SI boards. This too will pass.
