Starowl, if adpt does merge with symbios wouldn't it be an attractive takeover when it would then have most of the market share in the world? As for the fab plant it would turn into a sizable sum of off the books cash when spun off. There might be hidden value here. These are my guesses but the aformentioned article seems to see something here also. Adding to this is the fact that the stock price is very low - trading at about 50% off its high. That sounds like a red tag sale to me.
