Y'know Pugs,

You promised to answer any of our questions once smartin ackowledged me and engaged me online.

He did just that yesterday.

Now my questions for you are WHERE IN ANY RMIL FILINGS to date does RMIL management state that the merger will be consumated by the end of March??

For the life of me, I CAN'T FIND THIS STATEMENT IN ANY FILING BY THE COMPANY

Thus, I have to infer that you were privately told this information by representatives of the company or:

You are completely fabricating this information in order to falsely reassure RMIL shareholders.

Also, explain where RMIL has publicly stated the following:

...even though RMIL satisfied SEC demands with their 8K and a 10 day trading halt expired uneventfully,

I have heard NOTHING from RMIL via public releases that indicate that the above is the case.

I wouldn't have likely posted on this thread except, like the fool I opine you to be, you mentioned my name.

And again, I would like to know WHY RMIL SHAREHOLDERS AREN'T KICKING MORGAN'S BUTT TO GET SOME INFORMATION OUT THERE AND MAKE THESE STATEMENTS IN PUBLIC, NOT VIA A PRIVATE INFORMATION GRAPEVINE WHICH IS NEITHER AUTHORIZED BY THE SEC, NOR HAS THE LEGAL BINDING OF A PUBLIC NEWS RELEASE???

WHAT HAS RMIL GOT TO HIDE FROM THE MARKET, BUT NOT FROM ITS PRIVATE RUMOUR MILL??

People, the only entity that will extract RMIL from its current morass is the management of the company itself. NOT PUGS, NOT RILEY, NOT ANY OTHER RUMOUR that gets posted on SI or AOL.

Pugs and Riley are HURTING RMIL shareholders by giving the impression that they have more information than is available publicly and they are acting as the mouthpieces of the company who appear afraid to make any announcements themselves.

I think a letter to shareholders, via an 8-K filing is in order.

I BELIEVE MOST RMIL SHAREHOLDERS WOULD PREFER TO HEAR THIS INFORMATION PERSONALLY FROM THE COMPANY SO THEY KNOW WHO TO SUE WHEN IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. THEY DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT FROM PUGS, WHO PAST RECORD FOR ACCURACY IS REMARKABLY POOR.

GET OFF OF YOUR BUTTS NOW AND DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY AND DISCLOSURE FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS NOT FELT IT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE WITH ITS SHAREHOLDERS SINCE THE TRADING HALT ON 22nd DECEMBER.

Regards,

Ron
