" And again, I would like to know WHY RMIL SHAREHOLDERS AREN'T KICKING MORGAN'S BUTT TO GET SOME INFORMATION OUT THERE AND MAKE THESE STATEMENTS IN PUBLIC, NOT VIA A PRIVATE INFORMATION GRAPEVINE WHICH IS NEITHER AUTHORIZED BY THE SEC, NOR HAS THE LEGAL BINDING OF A PUBLIC NEWS RELEASE???
WHAT HAS RMIL GOT TO HIDE FROM THE MARKET, BUT NOT FROM ITS PRIVATE RUMOUR MILL??
People, the only entity that will extract RMIL from its current morass is the management of the company itself. NOT PUGS, NOT RILEY, NOT ANY OTHER RUMOUR that gets posted on SI or AOL.
Pugs and Riley are HURTING RMIL shareholders by giving the impression that they have more information than is available publicly and they are acting as the mouthpieces of the company who appear afraid to make any announcements themselves.
I think a letter to shareholders, via an 8-K filing is in order.
I BELIEVE MOST RMIL SHAREHOLDERS WOULD PREFER TO HEAR THIS INFORMATION PERSONALLY FROM THE COMPANY SO THEY KNOW WHO TO SUE WHEN IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. THEY DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT FROM PUGS, WHO PAST RECORD FOR ACCURACY IS REMARKABLY POOR.
GET OFF OF YOUR BUTTS NOW AND DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY AND DISCLOSURE FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS NOT FELT IT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE WITH ITS SHAREHOLDERS SINCE THE TRADING HALT ON 22nd DECEMBER.
Regards,
Ron" ______________________________________________________________________

I am sick and tired of the BS surrounding RMIL.IT"S TIME FOR ANSWERS! ______________________________________________________________________

Mr.Morgan,
Let me introduce myself, I am Paul M. Guiffre and have been a RMIL shareholder since Aug. of 1997. I have fought for the company for these many months, dealt with Kugler,Mork, and the many people trying to stop this compony from becoming something of value.
Sometime ago i sent you a list of questions via e-mail. Your answer to said questions was less than adequite. I have much time, energy and fund's tied up in this company,as many more people and yourself do.
I'm tired of the rumor's and possible false imformation being spread about the Halt,Money,MM's,Shorts, and Restricted share's due to come off in April of 1998.
I think it is time that you inform the loyal shareholder's of RMIL in writing as to the condition's surrounding the company and these question's.
I can apreciate that you are very busy and are concentrating on getting the merger done, but that does not relieve you of your responsibillity to the shareholder's. WE NEED ANSWERS NOW!
I will not take anything but full disclosure, in writing to the shareholders of RMIL as a true answer. I will wait until February 28th,1998 for an answer, if i do not recieve it by then, i will try and call a shareholder meeting to discuss, managements behavior and our options concerning the direction of the company.
I respect Lori and the job she is doing,BUT if she can give this info over the phone, you can surely put it in writing.
I seek the truth about RMIL and will accept nothing less.
Rest assured that i do not take this lightly and will do whatever nessasary to protect my investment in RMIL.

This is the email i sent the co. and guess what?
