Mcdougal was to be a coroberating witness in the evidence that would have been presented in a court of law, after the GJ. David Hale and Jim Tucker's testimony would be the supported evidence.

Now that this is impossible it has been said that unless Starr has a replacement for Mcdougal, his (Starr's) body of evidence will have to move the house of Reps to action in a possible impeachment hearing.
Interesting to me that the death of Mcdougal is timed with the recent recanting and apology of Brock. (I'm not saying I see foul play here - though it wouldn't surprise me either - just interesting... that's all...) He his falling all over himself to the point of cleaning the feet of Bill with his tears for having the temerity to publish the reports which he says brought all this down on the head of the president....Poor baby.

What a duplicitous and ironic display. To humble one's self before the person you have offended while vaunting your work to the status of Rocking not only the nation but, yea!, even the World!
And what a little worm tis guy is, how much did he pull down for that copy anyway? I hope he enjoys the bed he just made.
