Daddy:

From Pugs' response it seems that management has answered those questions or similar ones from Pugs and Riley and they discuss it on the email thread. Joey may have gotten the same answers in his personal visit.

Do you know what management has told them? Why do you think management won't answer the questions in writing?

IMO, if what their "telling" the ring leaders privately isn't inside information, and it's information that's trustworthy, they should be more than willing to put it in writing.

You guys got control of the company with respect to the stock. You should be able to find out what's *really* going on, not what someone tells someone else over the phone.

I was invested in a company where I heard all sorts of rumors and other "information" from their "ir" person. After a long time of most of it not coming true, I documented it and sent a fax to the ceo asking him to respond to each rumor in writing. He did. From that point on, if their was anything that was very questionable I did the same thing and if their was any substance to it and it wasn't insider information, he'd respond. It sure helped me in separating the wheat from the chaff.

Best of success to you in your efforts. Someone needs to be held accountable here.

Cheers,

KMT
