A dangerous misunderstanding of the Constitution and Bill of Rights is really threatening liberty in this country. The Bill of Rights protects you from the GOVERNMENT NOT PRIVATE CITIZENS OR ORGANIZATIONS.

The First Amendment does not protect you from me when you come into my house and insult my wife and I kick your ass out.

It shouldn't protect someone who wants to go into a Boy Scout meeting and blather on about the glories of the gay lifestyle.

And it doesn't protect you from the managers of SI if they want to exclude you from their computers for reasons fair or unfair.
