To all:

IOFSMIO(In the opinion of former shareholder and mostly impartial observer)the last few exchanges show that a constructive dialog can be maintained between those that have supported the company and those that have expressed their doubts, even though in the past both sides have been less than civil to each other at times.

I agree with both RR and KMT regarding the assessment of blame regarding the situation that exists. Management has shown, at the very least, a cavalier attitude towards those that,in actuality, own the company. If not able to take action to rectify matters, then at least an explanation is owed.

For what its worth, it would seem that more shareholders who feel the way that Daddy Bigs does should step forward and let their thoughts be heard. Allegiance should not be absolute in the face of information (or lack of) which shows it is not deserved. People have questioned the motives of many of the nays (and rightly so IMO) but unfortunately much of what they have predicted (guessed at) has shown to be accurate. No one should question the right of a shareholder (yea)to demand an answer to the many questions that remain.

Regards and the best to all.
