Creditman, I read the announcment on PGTZ. Not very informative. Have you heard anything such as how much revenues the plant ships and approximate cost of deal and who customers are besides INTERgraph.PGTZ was already at a D/E of about .75 before deal so their balance sheet could be stretched now and stock too low IMO for P.O. What does the Credit community think? Rich
