Paul, on PGTZ, Rich's description of their past problems sound like ACTM. How confident are you in this mgmt? I am a bit concerned about going on the acquisition trail before becoming solidly profitable. Acquisitions always represent integration problems, even if you paid a good price - which we do not know about this latest one. Are you more inclined or less inclined to increase your position now?
