DoubleClick Names Two Executives to Senior Management
Jonathan Shapiro from McKinsey & Company and Robert Linsky From American Express Join Leading Internet Advertising Company
NEW YORK, March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- DoubleClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCLK - news; doubleclick.net ), the leading Internet advertising solutions company, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Shapiro to Vice President of Business Development and Robert Linsky to Vice President of Operations.

Jonathan Shapiro joins DoubleClick as Vice President of Business Development from McKinsey and Company's Interactive Multimedia Practice. Mr. Shapiro was responsible for developing McKinsey and Company's expertise in new network based businesses. Previously, Mr. Shapiro managed United Media's Internet business featuring ''The Dilbert Zone.'' Before joining United Media, Mr. Shapiro worked as an associate for McKinsey and Company, focusing on media and entertainment. He earned his MBA degree from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and his BS degree in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
Robert Linsky joins DoubleClick as Vice President of Operations from American Express Corporation (NYSE: AXP - news) where he was Vice President, Internet Business Development. Mr. Linsky was responsible for the development and management of American Express' Internet presence worldwide. Previously, Mr. Linsky gained 15 years of experience in technology planning and operations as an executive for leading banks and financial service organizations, including The Chase Manhattan Bank, Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, and Dun & Bradstreet Corporate Systems. He earned his MBA from Boston University, where he also earned his MS and BS degrees in Engineering.
