Begin transmission
One of my tasks is to ensure the orderly flow of communication within the sector.
It has been made known to me that you and a few others have been particularly irresponsible. This message is being sent to you few.
The universe is a large and divers place. The rock you dwell upon inhabits an out of the way corner, but it will not be long before your race may be asked to join the rest of the intelligent beings that strive for equality, justice, and truth among all its members.
Long ago, actions such as threats, petty bantering, and name calling were fully understood for what they are; excursions into the dark side. In an effort to permanently erase these evil tendencies, the good, free thinking individuals of all races banded together and appointed me the overlord of this sector. I have the knowledge and technology of a thousand interplanetary civilizations at my disposal. I know who you are and what you can become.
You have violated the rules of orderly social conduct, and have willfully set about in an attempt to minimize the strength of your fellows. This is not acceptable behavior and is not permitted. You shall immediately cease this activity. Additionally, you shall immediately make sincere apologies to those you have offended.
It for your own well being, as well as the rest of the people on your planet, that you must know this truth: you do not have the ability to minimize the strength of others. The only things that occur when you move to the dark side are that you weaken yourself and cause a slight temporary upset in the orderly flow of communication.
This transmission is not a threat or a warning. No response is suggested or requested. Should you not comply, or respond from the dark side, the animated meat you inhabit shall be instantly vaporized and your essence shall be contained in an energy field until you come to your senses.
The choice is yours.
