Duncan , wait a minute , you just railed on about the wonderous workings of this "The greatest of democracies" and now you want a tribunal. Geesh. I think "the uninformed" are actually smart enough to have figured that part out. They inherently understand that they are uninformed, I don't think that one has to be Einstein to see that. Hence , Why Vote? I feel that it is " In our great Democracy" you can vote for #1: Liar "A", or you can vote for #2: Liar "B" .. somehow the impotence of my vote becomes resoundingly apparent. russell
