Zoltan!, thanks for the link. When the writer terms the alleged Willey incident "unmanly and inhuman", there's a bit of irony there (i.e. some extremists might argue that trying to take advantage of a woman in such a time of vulnerability is, to the contrary, "manly and human", which is more than a little unfair to us guys), but IMHO it's a good piece.
I guess some people in this world just don't care much about, for lack of a better word, "honor", or maybe "doing the right thing". IMHO, Bill Clinton places doing what is political expedient above doing what is honorable. The sad part is that that trade-off is exactly what makes him arguably one of the best pure politicians of the post-war era.
He's not the only one. In politics nowadays, it isn't "doing the right thing", it's "do the thing that gets my poll numbers doing the right thing."
