We do not want to think that some one we like and admire has done wrong... The following phases are usually disbelief, anger, and then acceptance..... I've 'been there, done that" a thousand times myself..

I'm scarcely a blind Clinton partisan. And I've never imagined that he was faithful to Hillary. I have, in fact, objected to his stupidity in the conduct of his affairs, and to his ghastly taste in women, more than once.

I simply don't think his sex life should be any of our business.
