Clearly, Bennett was very very uncomfortable mouthing the words his client wanted him to say. I'll bet Bennett was thinking why was he shredding his own reputation on national tv while Clinton and wife hid at Camp David. I very much doubt taht. Bennett, like most of the players in this little drama, stands to make quite a bit of money... Trial lawyers are not a thin-skinned bunch. I should think further that Bennett is quite glad to have had this opportunity to hear what Willey has to say. Makes it so much easier to prepare a defense, should one become necessary.
