Well, I think he wouldn't, really. Perhaps he's learned a lesson from Paula Jones and her lawyers: that memory improves remarkably with the passage of time.

I'm not saying that this is Mr Publish and Be Damned (though God knows he'd have done well to follow Chesterton's advice). I'm saying that I suspect a great many people involved in this case are being, to say the least, less than candid, and that a great many of them stand to gain quite a lot, something that always makes me suspicious.
