I would strongly advise you to be careful of what you say. You can say " I don't like the stock.", " I think the company is s**t.", "stock is going up...going down." or " I think the stock is way overvalued." but when you provide sensitive details of the company itself not merely as opinions but false facts, you'd get yourself into trouble. Many times company legal team does check the message board to look for "misrepresented and/or false information. You need to watch out before you get unwanted trouble.
