<<<She has said that she planned to take that incident to the grave with her, and not tell anyone. So why should she also be penalized for something she felt she was not at fault in? Her behavior after the incident--to simply put it behind her and go on--seems natural and makes perfect sense to me, and does not destroy her credibility.>>>

Unfortunately, many women have stayed in far more destructive surroundings after far worse has been done to them. I am mystified how Ann Lewis wishes us to believe that based on an innocuous incident perpetrated by the President it is only logical that Ms. Willey should therefore have completely abandoned her political ideaology. The bottom line is after you've been involved in a Presidential election where else is there to go but down. This is obviously what Mr. Clinton was thinking.
