Yeah, it does. Badly. But when it comes to cleaning it out, nothing - NOTHING - succeeds like incumbency. And of course any idle chat about campaign reform remains just taht.

I had hopes that the Feingold-McCain bill might get more than a mention, but it went down badly. And it was only a minor adjustment. It seems like the few honorable people around that city are getting fewer all the time.
