Mr. Ritchie and others:

I want to assure you that ONSALE has been actively investigating this situation. I have personally spoken with Mr. Ritchie's wife to convey that at *no time* was any credit card information ever transmitted to this vendor.

ONSALE's security personnel are working to fully understand how Mr. Ritchie was contacted.

Mr. Ritchie- I will update you once we have further information.
