A friend of mine won bids for a computer and a monitor from the Onsale in Feb. The processing days are said to be 14 days and 10 days. Now the time passed and she did not receive anything. She called the customer service and nobody track the order for her. My friend used a debit card to bid so that the money was already drawn out of her bank. What can this poor student do and where can she complain?

I am posting for advice for her since she is not an investor and of course, not a SI member. Any suggestion is appreciated, either posting publicly or communicate with me by email. Thanks in advance.
