Taht goes back to a series of exchanges on the Feelies thread last spring. Another poster consistently made typos: "taht", "waht", "teh" and so forth. Much parody was engaged in at teh time, but eventually it became a habit. You'll find it used by a number of people on a number of threads.

The question has in fact been discussed here at considerable length. Holly might remember exactly when; perhaps three or four weeks ago.

Shall we discuss it?
