Hi George, Didn't know if you were kidding or not, but MPD as used here I believe refers to Multiple Personality Disorder. If something was "impertinent" as you say then why should he have had to lie under oath? No reason to break the law over something impertinent. Why can't he just stand up like a man and admit to his own actions? Most don't really care for or about Clinton's peccadillers, but perhaps due to his peccadillers he dipped into illegal territory. That is the irony of the whole thing and the real question. Did he do something illegal? Apparently, even Janet Reno thought there might be something here. She authorized Starr to conduct his Monica investigation. As to whether Clinton's peccadiller amplifier is linear... Paula has said that's a definite NOPE. ;) Legend: pecaddilers ~ peccadilloes :)
