Hi Tom- I guess I have to show my ignorance and ask: who is Floyd Stern? But I don't have to ask about Computer Associates... they've really been tripping around and the attempted takeover of CSC (I think that's the right co.) which failed has added a lot of fuel to the fire. Got a little nasty according to the news reports. I've been reading a little about DELL and have had a "shoulda', woulda', coulda'" about that one! They've really been showing the direct marketers how it's done efficiently. Haven't looked at a chart nor have i checked beta, so I don't know how volatile it is. Bruce
