Does anyone know how I can contact Onsale, Inc. directly? Several items have been purchased there this week, that were not purchased by me. In addition, my Visa # was used to make purchases at several LA area stores a few days back. Though I have purchased items from Onsale in the past, it's been awhile. I assume that they keep credit card info online and that their system has been hacked. The Visa I use at Onsale is used exclusively there and nowhere else. In fact, the card is kept locked up at home. Visa called me to bring this to my attention and has removed the charges and voided the number, but I have yet to hear from Onsale and they don't post a contact number or email address for such situations. I've only been able to leave a "Customer Suggestion" from their web site. Again, I'm simply trying to reach them and find out what's happened to my account, and possibly other's accounts.
