Good to see this. Shame it took so long. Please clarify about the warrants. One per share of common in the private placement? Will the warrants trade? Is the common registered? Are there restrictions on the sale of the common (180 days?) etc. etc. Personally I like this approach much better than the sale of revenue producing assets. I have said this before. It looks like the company now has a future. After the reverse split I think it will be an excellent investment and I certainly will be an investor. Congratulations to ACMI.
