Exercising one warrant gets you one share of common stock. The warrants will not trade. The underlying common stock will be registered shortly. I do not know the details of the registration (i.e. with respect to your question, Sigmund, about the restrictions on the sale of the common stock), but I will make the information available as soon as I can.
