Ahmad, Can you give me ONE example of a class action suit where those responsible end up paying for their crimes?

In actual fact exactly the opposite happens, it is the guys who sold the stock before it nose dived completely that can most benefit from a lawsuit, for everyone else it is like trying to win by suing yourself. The people who get hurt most are the Long term holders and the early bottom fishers.
