Betty, My grandmother's Las Vegas memories date back to the 1960s. This information comes from her (bless her heart near her slot-machine arm). The Southwest, particularly California and Nevada, have long been known as the gang who couldn't dress right. BTW, congratulations on your occupation of all those right prime post numbers.
