In its detailed 213-page feasibility analysis, RCI Consulting, Inc., of Eugene, Oregon, concluded that "the sales pace of the (WestAmerica) project should be rapid and the resulting profit should be significant." With consumer interest calculated at the national average timeshare receivable rate of 14.5 percent, the estimated profit before taxes, would be $127,368,525, the study said.
