They are certainly more intimate. Bryce is a Park done by Disney.

I now like the Grand Canyon more than I did initially when I took the South Rim mule ride. I prefer the North Rim, higher and very alpine.

Camped way out at Tuweep, Toroweap Point. Lower and almost desert like. 60 miles of dirt road and no water, but you can camp on the edge and look at Lava Falls and the rafters way below without being bothered.

Never saw a Ranger there.
