Preliminary (and very cursory) look at the list leads me to think USHG and SBAS have the best overall chance of success.

IVIP is very interesting and could be a huge win, but looks risky; is this a publisher moving away from paper and to the Net after posting years of losses? In that regard it could be like EGGS so be careful that the initial move upward could be short-circuited by skepticism that a company needs to do more than add .com to its name to complete a turnaround.

Many of the others are also turnaround stories. Gotta be careful.

If we use common sense to pick from within this list we should be able to make a lot of money.
