This, plus the minor news release that Richard Rosenzweig, VP of Operations, is leaving the company to "pursue other interests."
Was he fired?
Why would all these insiders sell their stock when MKIE is trading at or near its all time low???
What does this mean in terms of these insiders' confidence in the future performance of MKIE, especially as its new non-mixer products get shipped and its first digital-mixer products near completion?
