Jeff,

If I draw a line at the bottom, this is the bottom. I can't draw a line at the mid 20's. The last time JBIL was in the mid 20's was in June of '97 and it was on its way up.

If you draw a line at the bottom right now it takes you back to December and this would be where it has turned up the first time before. Since that time, when it hits this level it starts up. I don't know if it will do it again, but it has at this level before.
