Haven't called to get the prospectus in Platforms Int'l. But I heard that it finally came out today. Trading starts tomorrow. I suspect it will jump right away. What you say is true about the VSE. But that just means you have to do your DD well. I've run into trouble when I haven't followed that rule. Even if you do follow it, VSE stocks tend to be volatile, and you might have to be patient. I like resource companies -- if I can get some independent confirmation of multiple good properties. That reduces the risk if one doesn't pan out. I understand that Mackinsey (sp) is a well respected family in Canada (President of Scimitar). Also, Jerry said he bought stock in Scimitar even before they negotiated to become his client. I started a thread on Scimitar (SIY) in case anyone is following it. Good trading, Walter
