The filings are not unusual in a start up company that is taking off. The fact that their are 37 million shares outstanding and the potential for a stock split is imminent makes perfect sense that founders would register shares to take advantage of the increase in demand for the stock and take some profits. Your statement is hysterical and niave. The reality is that not one share has been sold to date and that with a split these shares could easily be absorbed in an orderly manner by a market that craves the stock. This company by many criteria is undervalued and you are undereducated in the markets.
It is unlikely that GSCO has been accumulating shares as high as $45/share for three months to suddenly run and sell their position. It is more likely that they would happily absorb any excess from insider selling.
