Re: PSIX Internet access takeover target. Turned down $10 from a suitor when stock was at 7. Said they wanted at least 15. Lots of insider buying in December. Just did a nice deal to provide single number dial-up internet access in Germany but that's not going to put it on this list. I was watching it in January but heard they were going to go it alone and stopped watching. Damn! Phil
