Starowl, About Adaptec's management, I don't have enough information to judge whether they are guilty or innocent on insider trading. However, this team appears to have serious problem in crisis handling especially when they have gone through 5 years of smooth ride without a single glitch. Life was too easy for them till now. I hope they learn something from this turmoil, if they could survive.
