why do you say they have a serious problem in crisis handling? I've not seen any statements from company officials regarding the lawsuit other than the usual "without merit" statement. For god's sake its just a lawsuit. I doubt management has stopped life to deal with it. It will take alot of time in putting together depositions, files and assorted dreck needed for these things, but they will still run the business I hope. All the discussion about the lawsuits is bizarre and time misspent. Now what about the company? Is Adaptec losing share in their market? Is their product obsolete? Even the worst of the worst DD analysis says another quarter ought to about end the glut. So the question is whether Adaptec will come back with the market. Any reasons why not? If so I've not seen them clearly stated here. Still hoping for 19 on my next buy. If we get bad news maybe a little lower but not worth dwelling on if you horizon is out more than a couple months. MT
